The project
Trump Tower Tbilisi is a 62-storey mixed-use skyscraper set to become the tallest building in Georgia. Standing at 280 meters, it is the first Trump-branded residential project in the Caucasus region and serves as the architectural focal point of a larger urban development known as Downtown Tbilisi.
Developed by Archi Group and INVIA in partnership with The Trump Organization, with design by the global architecture firm Gensler, the tower will contain 850 private residences. These apartments will be delivered with premium finishes and fully furnished, offering panoramic views of the city and the adjacent Central Park.
The tower is the main component of the six-skyscraper Downtown Tbilisi district, a master-planned community integrating residential, commercial, hotel, and retail spaces. The district's design includes a commercial podium with high-end retail and restaurants, landscaped terraces, and direct park access, creating a self-contained urban environment.
